Information accuracy & disclaimers
The information on this site is compiled from publicly recorded HOA documents, publicly available GL Homes materials, Naples-area MLS data, and other public sources. We strive to keep it accurate, but:
- Valencia Trails is a resale community. The community is essentially built out, and GL Homes’ new-home sales in the area have moved to its successor community, Valencia Sky. Nothing on this site is an offer of new construction. Verify current pricing, availability, square footage, and condition with the listing and the listing agent before making a purchase decision.
- HOA dues, rules, and policies change. The association can amend its declarations, bylaws, and budgets, and the dues figure changes with each annual budget. Always confirm the current figure on the estoppel letter for the specific address, and review the most current governing documents — available from the management company — before relying on any figure or rule cited here, including our HOA fees breakdown.
- Listing information. Any listing details referenced on this site come from MLS data and other third-party sources whose accuracy and freshness we do not control; verify with the listing agent before relying on any specific listing.
- No guarantee of outcomes. Nothing on this site is a guarantee of property value, future appreciation, rental income, or any other financial outcome.
