I live in Valencia Trails, so instead of describing the ~43,000 sq ft clubhouse, I photographed it — in 360°, room by room. Below you can stand in the lobby, walk into the grand ballroom, Gather Trails restaurant and bar, the fitness center and Utopia Spa, then step outside to the resort, lap, and resistance pools, the Racquet Club’s pickleball and Har-Tru tennis courts, and out along the walking trails, dog park, and the front gate.
